Free 10-Day Trial Period. If you enroll in a free trial period for the Dentalzo VIP, you will not be charged for 10 days from the date of purchase for the subscription membership (you will still be charged for any physical products you purchase). However, you will be required to provide payment information to cover the Dentalzo VIP fees, including any applicable taxes, which will be charged once the trial period ends—unless you cancel as outlined below. New members only.

Charges and Automatic Renewals. On the day after your trial ends, your credit card or other payment method on file will be charged the Dentalzo VIP fee of $29.99 USD (exclusive of taxes) without requiring further confirmation. Your Dentalzo VIP membership will then automatically renew every 28 days, and you will be charged $29.99 USD (exclusive of taxes) each billing cycle, until you cancel.

Cancellation. If you do not wish to continue your Dentalzo VIP membership after the trial period, or if you wish to cancel at any time, please email us at hello@dentalzo.com at least 3 days before your next billing period. Include your full name and the email and physical address associated with your order. Failure to cancel or continued use of the Dentalzo VIP membership confirms that Dentalzo is authorized to charge you and that you are responsible for all applicable Dentalzo VIP fees.
